We take pride in the craftsmanship of our corsets and want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.  

Returns
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.  

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a different size or style of equal value. If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanged items.  

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange 
1. Email hello@houseofadriana.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.  
2. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. 
3. Once received, we will process your return or exchange within 5-7 business days.
